ABOUT
We have the power to let ourselves express freely without fear. If you feel blocks in your writing, singing, dancing, performing, or any other form of expression, these sessions might be exactly what you're looking for. I have found that many times we don't realize that blocks have a lot to do with walls that we build from our past. Whether it's repeatedly being told no, feeling unworthy, insecurity, deep seated trauma, perfectionism, or something else. These methods of survival served a great purpose at some point in our life but it is important to recognize when they no longer serve us.
Expression sessions are not only based on technical techniques that I have learned, studied, and picked up along the way but they also use intuitive methods that involve somatic awareness and exercise’s that help us better understand ourself and the root of what is holding us back..
Regardless of what you will be focusing on the foundation will stay the same. We are simply trying to get through the blocks and stories we have told ourself that prevent us from expressing fully. As we take the time to drop into our body, look at the ways we self-sabotage and come back to breath to ease anxiety; We begin to explore when our blocks were created and release old stories by making new ones that serve us today.
The Foundation

Breath Work
Simple breath work to calm the nervous system and pull our mind and body out of fight or flight mode.
Kundalini
In this practice, we apply simple yoga technique that uses breath work and movement to activate the vagus nerve.
Many blocks come from emotions we have held in or have no control of. Our mind has told us this is how we survive. Getting to the core of this helps us release blocks.
Releasing Blocks
Vagus Nerve: The largest nerve that runs through the body. Controlling the breath, digestion, immune system, and heart rate.
